IPL T 20 Final

Chennai Super Kings won the IPL T 20 tournament defeating Mumbai Indians (MI) by 22 runs in the final match at D Y Patil stadium, Mumbai. Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are the new Champions of IPL replacing defending champion Deccan Chargers.

Sachin Tendulkar played the match and scored highest 48 runs for his team Mumbai Indians. Suresh Raina of Chennai Super Kings declared man of the match. Sachin completed 600 runs in IPL 3 and retained his orange cap for highest score. Pragyan Ojha recieved the purple cap for taking highest wicket in this IPL.
Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Deccan Chargers to finish third. Deccan Chargers have down to fourth place in this IPL.

IPL commissioner Lalit Modi has been suspended by the BCCI immediately after the final match.

IPL t20 semi finals

Semi finals of the IPL T20 has been played and Mumbai Indians sail to final along with Chennai Super Kings. They will take on each other on April 25, 2010 at DY Patil stadium, Mumbai.Both Deccan Chargers (Defending champions) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (last year runners up) are defeated in semi finals. Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated defending champion Deccan Chargers in a separate match to finish third. Deccan Chargers had to satisfy with their fourth position in IPl t20, 2010.
